Haig Bedrossian - Animation Director & Founder
Haig worked as an animator for twenty five years for studios such as Nelvana, Disney and Tatsunoko (Japan), and as independent contractor specializing in solving animation problems for most of the major studios in both TV and film before founding Lucine. Never afraid to go off the beaten path, Haig also took on interesting animation jobs for The Rolling Stones ('Bridges to Babylon Tour'), Nine Inch Nails ('The Fragile') and 3D ride film leaders, Simex-Iwerks ('Deep Sea'). He spent two years as technical director for ad agency, Euro RSCG, applying his creative and technical expertise to broadcast and interactive animation for clients, such as: Hershey's; Kraft; and Fidelity Investments. Haig's journeys in animation also introduced him to the world-class team necessary to create Lucine. Among VFX producers and artists, Ralph is highly respected for not only his ability to deliver the goods, but to do so reliably, which is why he has been asked for by name on productions where these values are considered paramount to creating quality shots. As a supervisor, both on-set and in-studio, he's seasoned well, having worked in many of the major studios in North America on everything from major feature motion pictures to television commercials (Ford and Dasani are among the brands he's worked on). At Lucine, Ralph brings a daring flare to our VFX work, as well as technical direction in key areas of animation.
